摘要
全国性的技能大赛具有"风向标"作用,近三年全国职业院校烹饪大赛中,江苏烹饪代表团屡屡获胜。江苏烹饪代表团在技能大赛训练的组织过程中积累的经验是:构建创新型训练体系;完善实用型训练考核评价体系;确立人本型训练管理体系;建立服务型训练信息反馈体系。
Jiangsu delegation has won successively in national culinary skill competitions during the past three years.The key to the success is that a new training system should be established,the evaluation mechanism for skill training should be optimized,a human-oriented training management system should be set up,and a service-oriented training feedback system should be applied.
