摘要
随着依法治国步伐的不断推进,学生权利意识的不断觉醒,高校原有的学生管理理念、管理方式已不适应法制化社会的要求。学生管理要实现健康和谐发展,必须走依法治校、依法管理的道路。学生管理法制化建设有利于提高学生的民主法治意识、构建和谐的校园环境,促进和加快和谐社会的建设步伐。
With the process of legal system construction and the rising of students＇ legal awareness,the concept and mode for student management are becoming outdated.To achieve the goal of healthy and harmonious management of students,the management should be carried out according to the laws and regulations.Institutionalizing students＇ management is good for raising student＇s legal awareness,establishing a harmonious campus atmosphere and stepping up the construction of a harmonious society.
