摘要
网络控制系统(Net-worked Control Systems,NCS)是指传感器、控制器和执行器通过网络形成的闭环反馈控制系统。介绍了以NetCon控制器为基础的应用于NCS的网络预测控制算法,详细阐述了预测控制算法的设计与实现过程,分别以双容水箱系统和直流电机系统作为控制对象将该算法应用到了实际系统中,实现了网络化控制,证明了该网络预测控制算法的有效性。
Network Control System (Net-worked Control Systems, NCS), that is formed by sensor, controller and actuator network, is closed-loop feedback control system. With the development of control technology, computer technology, network communication technology, NCS became the inevitable outcome. Based on the application platform of NetCon system, network predictive control algorithm using for NCS was introduced. The process of design and implementation of the algorithm was elaborated detailed in this paper, and two-capacity water tank system and Direct-current motor system was selected as the control objects, and then the algorithm was applied in the real system, and the Networked control was achieved, Finally, the performance of network predictive control algorithm was proved by the results.
