摘要
目的:研究大花细辛叶乙醇提取物的镇痛活性及其镇痛活性组分。方法:通过小鼠热板法,研究大花细辛叶的乙醇提取物以及采用系统溶剂法分离得到的5个组分的镇痛活性。结果:大花细辛叶95%乙醇提取物(500 mg/kg)能提高小鼠痛阈值,正丁醇萃取部分(500 mg/kg)能显著提高痛阈值且优于对照组阿司匹林(200 mg/kg)。结论:大花细辛叶的乙醇提取物有镇痛作用,正丁醇萃取部分是镇痛的主要组分。
Objective : To study analgesic effect of the ethanol extracts from the leaves of Asarum maximum Hemsl on mice and its active fractions. Method: The five fractions were obtained from the extractor, extracted by 95% ethanol from the leaves of Asarum maximum Hemsl by systematic solvent extraction method respectively using petroleum ether, chloroform, acetic ether, n-butanol and water. Mice pain model was induced by hot plate. Result: The extracts of 95% ethanol (500 (mg · kg^-1) ) from the leaves of Asarum maximum Hemsl could increase the threshold of pain on mice induced by hot plate. The effect of the n-butanol fraction (500 ( mg · kg^- 1 ) ) increasing the threshold of pain notably on mice is better than that of Aspirin (200 (mg · kg^- 1 ) ). Conclusion: The ethanol extracts from the leaves of Asarum maximum Hemsl have analgesic effects, and the n-butanol fraction is the main active fraction.
