重32井区接转站远程集中监控系统解决方案

摘要 为了提高油田生产的自动化程度,保障安全,降低运行成本,设计出一种接转站远程集中监控系统。该系统利用光纤通信技术实现监控信息的远程传输和集中监控。在接转站,电信号转换为光信号通过光缆传输到监控中心,同时把接收的光信号转换为电信号对设备进行控制;在监控中心,将接收的光信号转换为电信号在中心监控系统中处理,同时把控制信号转换为光信号传输至接转站。该系统实施后,实现了接转站无人值守,节约了运行成本,提高了油田生产的安全性,使得油田生产综合效益明显提高。 For raising automation degree of oilfield production and guaranteeing security and reducing running cost,a kind of remote centralized monitoring system for receiving or transmiting station is designed.Making use of the fiber communication technique,the monitoring information is remotely transferred and centralized monitoring in the system.In receiving or transmitting station,the electric signal is converted into laser signal transferred to the monitoring center through the optical cable.The receiving laser signal is converted into electric signal transferred to the equipments in the meantime.In monitoring center,the receiving laser signal is converted into electric signal transferred to the system in the monitoring center.The control signal is converted into laser signal transferred to the receiving or transmitting station in the meantime.After the system is applied,the receiving or transmitting station system is normally running by unattended,which reduces running cost,and raises security and overall efficiency of oilfield production.
