摘要
超分辨率(SR)重建技术已经成为目前热门的数字图像处理技术之一,为了验证SR算法在红外成像领域中的应用效果,设计了相关红外长波微扫描实验平台。通过对微扫描获得的图像序列进行多种SR算法重建,然后对比平台光学参数所确定的实际光学衍射限,最后计算图像的调制传递函数(MTF)值来分析SR算法带来的图像空间分辨率提升。实验结果表明,经过SR算法的处理,所得图像的空间分辨率在红外长波平台上可以突破光学衍射限,相对原来图像的提升在30%左右。
Super-resolution(SR) techniques have become one of hottest techniques in digital image processing.An infrared LW micro-scanning experimental platform was designed to verify the effects of SR algorithms in infrared imaging.Comparing to the optical diffraction limit of this platform,algorithm effect was analyzed by calculating MTF values of the given images.The experimental results showed that the spatial resolution of images was improved by about 30% through SR algorithms,and it could break optical diffraction limit on the LW infrared platform.
