摘要
为了提高低聚果糖糖浆成品的色泽,满足客户的需求,通过单因素实验确定了最佳工艺条件。最佳工艺参数如下:反应温度为55℃,催化剂添加量为20%(质量分数),活性炭用量为1.5%(质量分数),脱色温度为60℃,脱色时间为40 min。本工艺操作简便,适用于工业化生产。
To improve the property of fructooligosaccharides and meet customer＇s demand,the optimum conditions for the technology process is determined through the single factor test as follows： the best response temperature 55 ℃,the proportion of the catalyst 20%,the activated carbon 1.5%,decoloring temperature 60 ℃ and decoloring time 40 min.The process is easily applied to industrial production.
