摘要
为了分析液力变矩器的流场特性,对YJ系列某型液力变矩器进行建模和数值模拟。模型采用单叶排单流道的几何模型和多叶排全流道的几何模型,将仿真得出的2组数据和实测力矩数据进行对比,结果表明,应用多叶排全流道的几何模型具有较高的准确性和可靠性。
For analyzing the flow field of torque converter,the paper established a mathematical model and simulated the numerical value of YJ series certain hydrodynamic torque converter.The researcher used two methods,which called coupled blade row in the flow field calculation and single blade row in the flow field calculation.Performance prediction by the calculation was compared with those experiments,the results shown that this method(coupled blade row) is more accurate and reliable than the traditional one dimensional theory(single blade row).
