介绍港海一号自升式钻井平台在平台结构重量工程研究的基础上，通过优化结构设计，解决了平台强度和重量控制的矛盾，实现了重量轻、强度好的预期研制目标。

On the base of structural weight engineering research and optimizing structure design,a thin wall structure supported by optimized frame system in a jack-up drilling platform is introduced in this paper. Thus the conflicting requirements between platform strength and weight control is solved reasonably, and the predicted research targed on less structural weight and enough strength is achieved.
