摘要
30CrMnSi是中淬透性调质钢,具有良好的综合力学性能,但在焊接场合下,其焊缝热影响区的耐腐蚀性、硬度等力学性能有所下降,从而影响了零件的整体力学性能。用YAG激光器对焊缝热影响区进行激光重熔处理并优化工艺参数,从而改善热影响区的力学性能。本文对表面改性层的金相组织进行了观察与分析,结果表明,扫描速度与电流是影响重熔区组织性能的主要工艺参数。
30CrMnSi is a Quenched and tempered steel of medium Harden abilities,which has good mechanical properties.But the corrosion resistance,hardness and other mechanical properties of the weld heat affected zone will be decreased and which will affect the overall mechanical properties of parts.The mechanical properties of heat affected zone will be improved by optimizing process parameters of YAG laser.The microstructure of the surface modification layers were observed and analyzed in this article.The results showed that scanning speed and the current are the main process parameters in affecting the organizational performance of melting areas.
