摘要
导流筒是某液压装置的关键零件之一,该零件外形尺寸较大,在零件内孔壁上均布6个变径流量槽,从孔口沿导流筒长度方向槽的深度不断变化,且每段斜度不同。通过导流筒截面面积的变化,调节液压压力,实现其功能。由于工件长度大,在一般插床上无法加工,只有在车床上采用主轴不旋转的同时沿槽深度方向逐步进刀的方式加工。采用弹性装置减小加工过程中的让刀量,并通过专用工装的精度保证6个变径流量槽的分布精度。
The liquid-guided tube is an important part of some hydraulics device.It has large shape,the six diameter changed flux slot are equally located on its inside wall,the depth of the slot varies from orifice along axial direction,and obliquity is different in every segment.It adjusts liquid pressure to fulfill its function by changing section area of liquid-guided tubes.Because of its large length,it is not only impossible to machine on general slotting machine,but also possible on lathe to feed successively along the slot depth with spindle stopped.In the meantime,the tool avoidance value is decreased by introducing elastic device and the distributing precision of the six diameter changed flux slots is guaranteed by special fixtures.
