Coleus blumei is a very important color plant and has rich cultivars.Its cultivars classification is discussed in present paper.According to stem,leaf shape,leaf color and color pattern,the cultivars are grouped into five sections,including trailing section,distinctive leaf section,color and pattern section,seed propagation section and miscellaneuos section.The gardening applications of Coleus blumei cultivars are discussed briefly.
