企业家社会资本如何影响经营绩效——基于动态能力中介效应的分析

How does the entrepreneurs' social capital impact on operating performance——A study based on the mediate effect of dynamic capability

动态能力是企业建构新能力的能力。在对中小型民营科技企业调查的基础上,通过实证研究发现,中小型民营科技企业家商业和技术社会资本对企业的动态能力有积极正向作用,企业家制度社会资本对企业动态能力无显著影响,仅企业家制度社会资本网络强度对企业的市场动态能力有积极正向作用,企业动态能力与企业经营绩效正相关并在企业家商业和技术社会资本与经营绩效关系中发挥中介效应。

Dynamic capability refers to the capability of construct new ability. Based on the survey and empirical research to small and medium private technology enterprise, this paper found that there was a positive impact from business and technology social capital of entrepreneur to dynamic capability of enterprise, and there was no signifi- cant impact from institutional social capital to dynamic capability, excepted that the network intensity of entrepre- neurs＇ institutional social capital has positive impact on organizational marketing dynamic capability. There was a positive impact from organizational dynamic capability to organizational operating performance, and organizational dynamic capability served as a mediator in the relationship between entrepreneurs＇ business and technological social capital and organizational operating performance.
