摘要
优秀运动员奖学金在我国体坛是一个仅有8年历史的新事物。文章对我国设立优秀运动员奖学金的背景、作用和管理上存在的问题进行了探讨分析,并对国外相关领域的发展现状作了介绍。在总结我国运动奖学金管理与美国及澳大利亚的差异和差距的基础上,提出了构建具有中国特色的优秀运动员奖学金管理体系的建议。
Scholarship for elite athletes is a new thing only with 8-year history in China sport.This article discusses and analyzes the background,effects and management problems of the establishment of scholarship for elite athletes in China,and introduces present situation on regarding area in foreign countries.Based on summarizing differences and disparities of athletic scholarship management between China and the US and Australia,the paper also puts for formard suggestions for constructing an sthletic scholarship management system with Chinese characteristics.
