This paper introduces the wireless data system at first, and then discuss the composition of system and the serial communication interface （SCI） between the C8051F342 MCU and data radio, including communication protocol and baud rate, operation method of serial interface and system hardware connection. At last, this paper describes the design and implementation method about the communication software of this system. The typical interface design can be applied to the wireless data radio widely.
