摘要
旋转电弧焊接是一个电弧边旋转边移动的焊接过程,可用来进行焊缝跟踪,可使焊接质量良好。本文以高斯分布热源作为焊接热源,初步分析了旋转电弧传感器旋转半径、旋转频率、旋转方向、电弧电压、焊接电流及焊接速度的改变对焊接熔池的影响,从而为合理选择焊接工艺参数和保证焊缝质量提供了理论依据。
Rotating arc welding was a process in which arc rotated and moved at the same time.It could be used to track the welding seam and had a good welding quality as well.Gaussian distribution heat source was used as the welding heat source in this paper.The influence of welding pool by the change of rotation radius,the gyro frequency,the direction of rotation,the arc voltage,the welding current and welding velocity about the rotating arc transducer was analyzed.Then it could provide the rationale for the accurate choose of welding parameters and welding quality.
