摘要
为了给规模养猪场粪便处理提供技术支撑,试验选用具有一定除臭作用的微生物进行组合,制备了4个生物除臭剂组方,并以发酵猪粪中NH3和H2S释放量为指标进行了除臭效果测定。结果表明:试验制备的4种生物除臭剂组方均能降低猪粪发酵过程中NH3和H2S的释放量,其中以细菌、真菌和放线菌组合而成的生物除臭剂组方效果更为明显,且有效作用时间较长。
To provide technical support for excreta disposal of the scale pig farms,the biological deodorants were prepared with different microorganisms possessing deodorant function,and detected for deodorizing effect by indicators of NH3 and H2S on fermented pig manure.The results showed that four of biological deodorants prepared in this experinment have reduced the release of NH3 and H2S during the ferment of pig manure,and the deodorant with bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes has more obvious effect and longer action-time.
