BOT在我国工程建设中应用面临的问题及解决途径

Solutions to Problems Encountered by BOT in the Application of Engineering Construction in China

ＢＯＴ即 Ｂｕｉｌｄ（建造）、 Ｏｐｅｒａｔｅ（运营）、 Ｔｒａｎｓｆｅｒ（移交）的缩写形式，这种融资方式已经用于我国发电、铁道、公路、港口和城市供水等基础设施的建设。在介绍ＢＯＴ融资方式特点的同时，归纳分析最近几年ＢＯＴ在我国工程建设中运用所遇到的一些问题，并提出了相应的建议。

BOT (build, operate and transfer) is a kind of manner attracting foreign funds which has been applied in the construction of China's infrastructures as power plant, railroad, road, sea - port and water supply. This paper introduces the features of BOT, sums up and analyzes the problems encounter by BOT in its application in engineering construction in recent years in China, and puts forward proposals accordingly.
