超高碱值烷基水杨酸钙盐的制备与性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 介绍一种碱值达350 m gKOH/g 的烷基水杨酸钙盐润滑油添加剂的制备过程及其各项性能。试验重点考察了不同助促进剂作用下合成的超高碱值烷基水杨酸钙与高碱值磺酸钙的复合效果;采用红外光谱法等考察该产品的胶体稳定性及添加剂中碱性组分碳酸盐的晶型结构;通过冷冻蚀刻电镜法观察含碳酸盐添加剂的胶体粒子结构及粒度分布情况;应用四球试验机等考察超高碱值烷基水杨酸钙盐产品的极压抗磨性能。结果表明,添加剂中胶体粒子的结构是影响产品性能的重要因素。胶体粒子的粒径越小,粒子分布越均匀,胶体稳定性就越好,抗磨损性能也越好,产品的高温清净性及氧化安定性也均有明显改善。 The preparation and performance of a super over based calcium alkyl salicylate with a basicity of ≥350mgKOH/g are presented. The compatibility of the super over based calcium alkyl salicylates, which were prepared in the presence of different co promoters and over based calcium sulfonate, was focused on. Infrared absorption method, etc. were used to study the colloidal stability and the carbonate crystal structure of the product. The structure and distribution of the carbonate containing micelle were observed by freeze etching replication and electron microscopic observation. Four ball machine tests were used to study the anti wear performance of the super over based calcium alkyl salicylate. The research results showed that the micelle structure of the additive had important influence on the performance of product. The micelle stability and antiwear performance were better when the micellae diameter was smaller and the particle distribution was even. In addition, the high temperature detergency and the oxidation stability of the product were improved accordingly.
