摘要 为扩大乙烯裂解原料的来源,通过对加氢裂化轻石脑油在SRT-Ⅲ型裂解炉裂解条件的摸索,得到了最佳裂解参数:裂解炉出口温度约837 ℃,单台投入量为18~20 t/h,汽/油质量比为0.6~0.7,注硫量为80~100 μg/g。目前已在扬子石化公司乙烯装置上实现两台轻石脑油炉同时运行。按优化了的乙烯装置裂解方式运行,可获得较高的经济效益。 Hydrocracking light naphtha has been used as steaming cracking feedstock for expanding the feed source. Through cracking condition investigation of SRT Ⅲ pyrolysis heater, optimized parameters have been selected. They were a pyrolysis heater outlet temperature of 837℃, a throughput range of 18~20t/h for a single heater, a gas to oil weight ratio range of 0.6~o.7, and a sulfur injection range of 80~100μg/g. Currently, the above operating conditions have been used in the two heaters of the ethylene plant in Yanzi Petrochemical Corporation. Economic benefits were obtained.
