高校医务社会工作专业实践教学体系建设

On Practice Teaching System Construction in the Department of Medical Social Work in Universities

在长期从事专业教学的基础上,对当前医务社会工作专业实践教学的现状及其原因进行了分析。同时,结合本校实践教学的开展状况,提出了一个包含课堂情境模拟、实验室操作、实践教学基地和社区机构服务在内的多层次的医务社会工作实践教学体系。

Practice teaching is an important part practice teaching generally develops slowly in Chinese of medical social work education. At present, social work medical universities, most of which are still taught in traditional mode of knowledge introduction, leading to the consequenee that students only have theoretical knowledge but are lack of skills, thus less competitiveness in future employment market. Based on the author＇s years＇of personal experience in teaching medical social work education in medical university, the current status of medical social work teaching practice and its formation reasons are analyzed in this paper. Meanwhile, a multi - level practice teaching system contains simulated classroom situations, laboratory operation, practice teaching base and community service is also proposed.
