摘要
[目的]探究从柑橘胚中分离到的1株红曲霉的应用价值。[方法]液态发酵后,测定发酵液中胞外和胞内色素的含量,并对洛伐他汀进行定性和定量分析。[结果]红曲霉CYY1发酵液的最高色调可达1.540,黄色素产量高于红色素,说明该菌所产色调主要为黄色。发酵第8天,洛伐他汀产量达到最高,为190.00 mg/L。[结论]该菌在食品和医药领域具有很好的应用前景。
[Objective] The research aimed to explore the application value of a Monascus which was separated from the citrus embryo.[Method] After the liquid fermentation,the extracellular and intracellular pigment contents in the fermentation liquid were measured.Moreover,the qualitative and quantitative analysis on the lovastatin was carried out.[Result] The highest color tone in the fermentation liquid of Monascus CYY1 could reach 1.540,and the yellow pigment yield was higher than that of red pigment.It illustrated that the color tone which was produced by the strain was mainly the yellow.On the 8th day of fermentation,the lovastatin yield reached the maximum value and was 190.00 mg/L.[Conclusion] The strain had the good application prospect in the food and medicine field.
