滥用抗生素已经成为世界性难题。虽然抗生素抗感染确实有效,但是,过度使用抗生素会使病原菌产生耐药性,产生各种不良反应以及造成医疗资源浪费等负面作用。导致抗生素滥用的原因主要是医疗机构公益性弱化,媒体的不当报道和药品广告助推了患者的认知误区。加强医德建设,坚持不伤害、以病人为本和为社会负责的原则,才能有效遏制抗生素滥用。

The abuse of antibiotics has become a global problem. Although the antibiotics is very effective to resist infection. However, excessive use of antibiotics also brings to pathogen resistance and results to a variety of adverse reactions, the waste of medical resources and other negative effects. The main reasons for antibiotics abuse are the market excessiveness of medical practice, pharmaceutical advertising~ promotion on the media and patients mistaken ideas in cognition. Only by strengthening medical ethics and insisting no -harm, patient -centered and socially responsible principles, the abuse of antibiotics can be effectively contained.
