医学生职业道德素质问题的伦理思考

Ethical Reflection on the Occupational Ethics of Medical Students

当前医学生的职业道德素质有所滑坡,主要表现在部分医学生缺乏良好的医学职业精神、社会公德意识淡薄、行为失范等。其主要原因在于部分医学院校在医学生的培养上不够重视人文素质教育,医学伦理学教育效果不能令人满意,医疗市场中的不良现象对部分医学生产生了消极影响,医学技术的发展对医学生的伦理观念产生了巨大的冲击。应重视对医学生进行人文素质教育、尤其是医学伦理学教育,加强对医学技术应用的伦理规范等,提高医学生的道德素质。

The present situation of medical students＇occupational ethics leaves much to be desired in that some of the medical students lack a good spirit of medical occupational ethics, social morality, behavioral demoralizations are found to be common, medical ethics of medical students is becoming a growing concern. The leading causes lie in the cultural education, especially that the medical ethic education is less regarded , profit -oriented tendency in medical occupational field shows a negative effect on medical students, the development of medical technology has a great impact on medical students＇moral values. Measures to improve medical students＇occupational ethics should be implemented from aspects as follows： More should be demonstrated on cultural education, especially on medical morality. Moral regulations on the utility of medical technologies and medical reform and social renovate should be enhanced to better the occupational atmosphere.
