摘要
[目的]对条石鲷、文蛤、龙须菜混养模式进行初步评价。[方法]利用人工模拟养殖系统,在人工育苗池进行鱼-贝-藻的混养试验,选用条石鲷、文蛤和龙须菜作为研究对象,研究3种不同组合以及养殖模式中各生物的生长状况。[结果]龙须菜、条石鲷和文蛤在混养条件下的增长率都明显高于单养模式。条石鲷和文蛤的存活率都明显高于单养模式,说明龙须菜对文蛤和条石鲷的生长都有明显促进作用,提高了养殖生物的产量。[结论]以大型藻类为基础的综合养殖生态系统较其他系统具有更强的抗扰性和稳定性。
[Objective] The aim was to evaluate the polyculture models of Oplegnathus fasciatus(Temminck et Schlegel),Meretrix meretrix Linnaeus and Gracilaria sjoestedtii Kylin.[Method] Using a culture system of manual simulation,a polyculture test of fish-shell-algae was carried out in artificial seedling pool.Oplegnathus fasciatus(Temminck et Schlegel),Meretrix meretrix Linnaeus and Gracilaria sjoestedtii Kylin were chosen as research objects to study the growth situations of organisms in three different combinations and culture models.[Result] The growth rate of Oplegnathus fasciatus(Temminck et Schlegel),Meretrix meretrix Linnaeus and Gracilaria sjoestedtii Kylin under the polyculture conditions was obviously higher than that under monoculture model.The survival rate of Oplegnathus fasciatus(Temminck et Schlegel) and Meretrix meretrix Linnaeus was higher than that under monoculture model.[Conclusion] The polyculture system based on macroalgae had stronger immunity and stability than other systems.
