摘要
[目的]对陕西秦岭山区人工养殖大鲵肌肉中重金属进行测定。[方法]样品用硝酸-高氯酸混合液进行消解处理,采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法和原子荧光法测定Pb、Cd、As、Hg的含量。[结果]人工养殖大鲵肌肉中Pb、Cd、As为未检出,Hg含量为0.023mg/kg,相对标准偏差为3.7%。[结论]经国家标准物质验证,方法准确度和精密度可满足检测,样品测定结果真实,Pb、Cd、As、Hg的含量符合国家食品安全卫生标准要求。
[Objective] The experiment is to determine the contents of the heavy metals in muscle of giant salamander of Qinling Mountain in Shaanxi.[Method] The samples were pretreated with mixture of nitric acid and perchloric acid,to determine content of Pb,Cd,As and Hg by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry.[Result] The Pb,Cd,As in muscle of giant salamander of artificial breeding was not detected,while the content of Hg was 0.023 mg/kg and RSD was 3.7%.[Conclusion] By verification of the National Standard Materials,the accuracy and precision of method could meet the test and the determination result was real.In addition,the content of Pb,Cd,As and Hg were accord with national food safety sanitary standards.
