中草药对鸡法氏囊和胸腺淋巴细胞的组织学观察

Histology Observation of the Lymphocytes in Bursa of Fabricii and Thymus of Chicks Adding Chinese Herbal Medicine

[目的]为探讨中草药对中枢免疫器官的作用机理。[方法]将120只1日龄的海兰褐公雏养至37日龄,随机分为4组,A、B、C组为试验组,分别每天灌服高剂量(9.0 mg/ml)、中剂量(6.5 mg/ml)和低剂量(4.5 mg/ml)的中草药,D组为对照组。运用组织学常规切片技术和H.E染色法,观察了试验组和对照组在55、66和73日龄的鸡法氏囊和胸腺中淋巴细胞的数量。[结果]试验组鸡法氏囊和胸腺内的淋巴细胞数量与对照组相比差异极显著。[结论]中草药对鸡法氏囊、胸腺内淋巴细胞数量有增多作用。

[Objective] The purpose of this study was to valuate the mechanism of the central immune organ of Chinese herbal medicine.[Method] 120 thirty seven-day-old chicks were randomly divided into 4 groups of 30 each and designated groups A,B,C and D.In group A,B and C chicks were fed high-concentration（9.0 mg/ml）,medium-concentration（6.5 mg/ml）and low-concentration（4.5 mg/ml）Chinese herbal medicine respectively.group D served as control and had access to normal tap water and feed.On 55,66 and 73 days after administeration,the changes of lymphocyte bursa of fabricii and thymus of chicken were tested.The intestine tissue samples were processed routinely for paraffin embedding technique and stained with haematoxylin and eosin（H.E）.[Result] The results showed there was significantly increased lymphocyte proliferation bursa of fabricii and thymus of chicken for adding Chinese herbal medicine.[Conclusion] Chinese herbal medicine has function of increasing the lymphocyte number of bursa of fabricii and thymus.
