臭氧·负离子对影响鸡蛋安全的3种细菌的杀菌效果 被引量:7

摘要 [目的]研究臭氧及负离子对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌及沙门氏菌的杀菌效果。[方法]通过在鸡蛋表面涂抹一定浓度的菌液,研究臭氧及负离子对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌及沙门氏菌杀菌效果的影响。[结果]臭氧处理4min后,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌的杀菌率分别达54.17%、85.24%、89.16%,各组之间差异显著(P<0.05);负离子处理1、3、5、7 min后,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌的杀菌率分别达20.76%、25.24%、58.97%,各组之间差异显著(P<0.05)。[结论]臭氧及负离子对于这3种细菌均有杀菌效果,臭氧对细菌的杀菌效果明显优于负离子。 [ Objective ] The aim of the study was to seek the efficacy of ozone and negative ions in disinfection of three kinds of bacteria. [ Method ] Bacteria were coating on eggs to study the efficacy of ozone and negative ions in disinfection of three kinds of bacteria. [ Result ] The results showed that after dealing with ozone for 4rain, the bactericidal rate of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella was 54.17 % ,85.24% ,89.16% respectively. After dealing with negative ions for 7 rain, the bactericidal rate was 20.76% ,25.24% ,58.97 % re- spectively. [ Conclusion] The results indicated that ozone and negative ions had positive effects to kill Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella, ozone had better efficacy in killing bacteria than negative ions.
