摘要
笔者介绍了鲜活农产品应急销售的内涵,分析了我国农产品应急销售的客观及人为原因,提出了应对我国农产品应急销售的策略:通过制定产业规划、供求信息预警、农产品准出和准入制度等来改善事前预警措施;通过建立应急销售官方组织、媒体沟通、流通协调、农产品应急储备机制等来改进事中处置措施;通过金融支持、质量安全体系建设、订单农业等来完善事后舒缓措施。
The paper introduces the connotation of the emergence sales of fresh agricultural products,analyzes the objective and man-made causes of emergence sales,and proposes the strategies to cope with the emergence sales of agricultural products.Through formulating industry planning,constructing supply-demand warning,and establishing agricultural products exit and excess system,the advance warning measures are improved;through official organization,media communication,distribution coordination and emergence reserve of agricultural products,the disposal measures during the procedure are ameliorated;with the aid of financial support,quality safety system and made-to-order agriculture,the afterwards mitigation measures are perfected.
