摘要
在阐述我国城乡污染转移的危害的基础上,剖析了我国城乡污染转移法律现状及存在的不足,并提出了相应的完善措施。
Based on the description of pollution transfer damager between rural and urban areas,the status quo and the defects of legal regulation of pollution transfer between rural and urban areas were analyzed,moreover,the corresponding perfect measures were put forward.
