两种清洗方法对牙科手机使用寿命的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较两种清洗方法对牙科手机使用寿命的影响。方法将20支牙科手机使用后随机分成甲乙两组各10支,甲组手机人工清洗后自然晾干、注油、灭菌;乙组手机人工清洗后置于全自动手机热力清洗消毒机内清洗、烘干、注油、灭菌。结果两组牙科手机使用清洗2000次后,检测甲组手机转速为(10.49±0.30)万转/m in、乙组手机为(27.51±2.90)万转/m in,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);甲组手机扭矩为(0.41±0.08)kg、乙组手机为(1.53±0.13)kg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论人工+机械清洗对牙科手机转速和扭矩的影响明显较单纯的人工清洗方法减低,采用人工+机械清洗的方法可在一定程度上降低手机损耗,延长其使用寿命。 Objective To compare two cleaning methods on the service life of dental handpieces.Methods 20 used handpieces were randomly divided into two groups,each 10 respectively.Group A handpieces dried naturally after taking artificially cleaning,oiled,sterilized;Group B were placed in automatic heat washing and disinfection machine after taking artificially cleaning,dried,oiled and sterilized.Results All dental handpieces were cleaned for 2000 times,the revolving speed of Group A and B handpieces was(10.49±0.30) million rev/min and(27.51±2.90) million rev/min,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P0.01);the torque of Group A and B handpieces was(0.41±0.08) kg and(1.53±0.13) kg,respectively,the difference was also statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion There're less impaction on the revolving speed and torque of dental handpieces using artificially plus mechanically cleaning method than simply manual cleaning.The former cleaning method could reduce the handpiece's wastage to some extent and extend its service life.
