复方氟米松软膏治疗寻常型银屑病疗效观察

Observation of compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris

目的观察评价复方氟米松软膏治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法选取经临床确诊的寻常型银屑病患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组给予复方氟米松软膏外涂,2次/d;对照组用同样方法给予丙酸氯倍他索乳膏外涂。两组疗程均为4周。结果 4周后两组患者皮损均有明显好转,其中治疗组有效率为85.0%,对照组为60.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。两组在治疗期间均未发现明显不良反应。结论复方氟米松软膏治疗寻常型银屑病疗效显著。

Objective To observe the efficacy of compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods A randomized,parallel comparative clinical observation was performed in 80 patients with psoriasis vulgaris.They were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group of 40 cases was treated with compound flumetasone ointment（B.i.d） and the control group of 40 cases was treated with clobetasol propionate cream（B.i.d）.The response was evaluated at 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 85.0% and 60.0% in the control group.There was not adverse reaction occured in both two groups.There was a significant difference between the two groups,treatment effective rate（P0.05）.Conclusion It is effective for compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
