摘要
针对吉林油田近井地带有机物堵塞比较严重的特点,通过大量的室内实验,研究开发出以亚硝酸盐和铵盐为主,以活性剂、添加剂为辅的热化学体系,并研究了配套的施工工艺,形成热化学采油技术。1992 年至1997 年应用该技术在吉林油田新民、英台等八个采油厂进行现场施工109井次,累增油9635t,平均有效期5 个月(截止当年年末),投入产出比达1∶4。在此基础上又改进了配方和施工工艺,发展成热-酸强化处理技术,进一步提高了施工成功率和增油效果。
In view of the feature that organics plugging occurs in near wellbore zone at Jilin Oilfield and by a number of laboratory experiments, the thermochemistry system has been developed in which nitrite and ammonium salt act as main body and activator and additive as subsidiary. The developed operational process coordinate with it, then the oil recovery technique by thermocaemistry is formed. From 1992 to 1997 this technique has application in eight oil production plants of Jinlin Oilfield and field operational wells were conducted in 109 times, cumulative incremental oil was 9635t, average valid period was 5 months, the ratio of input to output was 1∶4. Based on it the formula and operational process have been improved again, the thermo acid stimulation technique is formed, the operational success ratio and incremental oil effect are enhanced further.
