摘要
通过抽油机井柔性自动调参装置现场试验,对其应用效果进行分析,抽油机井柔性自动调参装置可实现变速、自调参运行,降低了抽油机系统消耗功率,增大了功率因数,减小了抽油泵气体影响程度,提高了泵效及系统效率,电动机电流及功率波动显著下降。
This paper presents the field test of flexible auto-adjustment unit in pumping wells and application results are analyzed. The results show that the unit in pumping wells can achieve variable speed and the auto-adjustment to reduce the power consumption of pumping unit systems and improve the power factor. At the same time, the gas impact of the pump can be reduced and the pump efficiency can be increased by the flexible auto-adjuntment unit. In addition, the motor current and power fluctuations have been reduced, thus the system efficiency has been greatly improved.
