摘要
以异丁烯酸化实验研究为基础,在小型醚化实验装置上进行了催化裂化汽油全馏分的醚化实验研究。结果发现,70℃时C7以下活性烯烃的总转化率为49.22%,醚化效果很明显。同时,各种活性烯烃的醚化转化率随着温度的升高先升高而后降低,相同碳数的活性烯烃异构体中。烯烃的转化率比相应的β烯烃高。在催化裂化汽油醚化中用过的催化剂的H+交换容量明显降低。
On the basis of etherifying experiment of isobutene, the etherification of FCC gasoline was studied on a smallscale etherification unit. The results show that the total conversion of the active olefins below C7 is 49. 22%. The conversion of active olefins rises first and then falls down with the temperature growing, and the exchange capacity of H+ of the catalyst decreases. The conversion of a olefins in isomers with the same carbon numbers is bigger than that of olefins.
