摘要
在50℃时测定了作脂肪酸基谷氨酸单钠(FAG-Na)、磷酸钠、硫酸钠、卤化销及聚乙烯吡咯烷网(PVP)各溶液对水的相对粘度。同时测定了FAG-Na/盐和FAG-Na/PVP体系对水的相对粘度。测定结果表明,无机盐对FAG-Na的浓溶液有显著的增粘作用,不同无机盐的增粘效果不同。这可用离子与波团的相互作用、离子的水化数以及股团形状的改变等来解释。PVP亦有增粘作用,可由高聚物与表面活性剂的极性基团之间及流水键之间的相互作用来说明。
The relative viscosity-concentration curves of sodium fattyamidoglutamate (FAG-Na ), Na3PO4, Na2SO4,NaCl ,NaBr,Nal and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP ), and of FAG-Na and inorganic salt s, and of FAG-Na and PVP solutions vs. water hare been determined at 50±0. 1℃.The determinations show the thickening efficiency of inorganic salts is remarkable for concentrated FAG-Na solutions, and this action is not the same with defferent salts. These appearances can be interpreted in terms of the structure of the micelle solutions, interaction between ions and micells, hydration numbers of anions and the changes of micelle structures. The thickening effect of PVP is chiefly due to the interplays of polar groups and of hydrophobic chains between PVP and FAG-Na.
