摘要
对甘油的发酵生产及其后处理提取与纯化进行了综述，并对我国现行的甘油发酵生产状况进行了分析与探讨。
In this paperl glycerol fermentation production and downstream extraction & purification were reviewed. In addition,current situation of glycerol fermentation production in our country was analyzed and discussed.
