摘要
在小型固定流化床装置上,以重油催化裂化装置原料油为原料,考察了反应温度、剂油比和质量空速等操作条件对低碳烯烃收率的影响。结果表明:反应温度升高时转化率逐渐升高,汽油、柴油和重油收率逐渐下降,干气和焦炭收率逐渐增加,液化气收率先升高后降低且在590℃时达到最大值;反应温度升高时,乙烯收率增加,但丙烯和丁烯收率先升高后降低,均在620℃达到最大值。降低进料质量空速和增大剂油比,可进一步增加低碳烯烃的收率。
In small-size fixed fluidized bed,with feedstock of Residue Catalytic Cracking Unit as feedstock,the influence of operation conditions such as reaction temperature,catalyst/oil ratio and mass hourly space velocity were investigated.The result shows,with the increasing of temperature,the conversion went to higher,the yield of gasoline,diesel and heavy oil went to lower,the yield of dry gas and coke increased,and the yield of liquefied gas increased at first and then decreased and reached the maximum value at 590 ℃;with the increasing of temperature,the ethylene yield increased,but the propylene and butylene yields increased at first and then decreased,both reached the maximum value at 620 ℃.Decreasing the mass space velocity and increasing catalyst/oil ratio can further increase the yield of low carbon olefins.
