摘要
通过对压缩机泵体及电机进行改善,并解决油循环率偏高来提升压缩机的整体能效水平以及与空调的匹配性,进行了油路机构分析、油气分离的多种方案探讨,确定了4种降低油循环率的方案。通过测试及分析,利用离心分离原理设计的旋风式挡油板效果较为明显,能够提高空调的匹配效果。
In this paper, four feasible approaches to decrease the oil circulation rate were confirmed by experiment, the experimental results shows that the effect of the vortical oil separator based on the centrifugal theory is best of all, installed in the compressor motor rotor ,with oil circulation ratio less than 0.1wt%.
