浅谈中职学校专业教师素质的特殊性

The Special Nature of Quality for Professional Teachers in Vocational Schools

中职教育专业教师素质的特殊要求,是由职业教育的特殊性所决定的。当前中职教育专业教师素质存在一些急需解决的问题。提升中职教师职业素质,应通过加强教师的情商德商培养、加强在职培养、支持教师参加各类学术交流活动、引导教师多作教学反思、实行校企合作培养以及加强"双师型"教师的培养等途径来实现。

The special requirements of quality for professional teachers in vocational schools are demanded by the special nature of vocational education.There are some urgent problems of professional quality of teachers in vocational education.Enhance the professional quality of teachers should be strengthened through training of teachers EQ and morality,strengthen job training and support teachers to participate in various academic exchange activities,and guide teachers to make teaching reflection,the implementation of school-enterprise cooperation and the strengthening of culture ＂Double Teachers＂ training.
