色素炭黑主要用来着色和调色,广泛应用于塑料、油墨、涂料、化纤、制革、静电复印、遮光纸等行业。我国的色素炭黑生产方式多为国际上近于淘汰的以天然气为原料的槽法生产工艺,天津海豚炭黑有限公司建成了炉法臭氧流化床氧化工艺装置,生产能力为3000t/a,氧化能力为500t/a。

The main production method in China is channel process based on natural gas, which is being phased out in the world. Tianjin Dolphin Carbon Black Co., Ltd. built the furnace ozone fluidized bed oxidation technology with the production capacity being 3000t/a and the oxidation capacity being 500t/a.
