基于他方经验谈打击跨国人口贩卖
摘要
比较刑事司法的主要优势之一是获得学习他国社会、文化、地貌、经济差异的机会,而这些差异往往是阻碍国家间"移植"某些成功做法的障碍。然而,若这些做法根据特定国情进行调试,其成功共享还是极有可能的。本文通过阐述某些欧洲国际组织打击人口贩卖罪方面的具体做法,旨在为目前美国加拿大交界处人口贩运的打击提供新途径和有益的经验。
