独立学院工科专业教学质量满意度调查分析及提高途径探索

Investigation analysis on teaching quality satisfaction and exploration on ways for improvement for engineering specialty in independent colleges

随着独立学院招生规模的不断扩大,其人才培养质量对整个高等教育质量和社会发展的影响越来越大。分析独立学院学生对教学质量的满意度,有助于有的放矢地改进工作,提高人才培养质量。本文通过采用随机抽样的方式,对独立学院3个年级、1 285名工科学生进行教学质量满意度问卷调查,结果表明:实践教学是影响学生满意度的最重要因素,专业及课程设置、教学设施、课堂教学等也对学生满意度构成影响。据此,本文针对研究结果,从优化人才培养方案、拓展实践空间和创设虚拟实验情境几个方面,提出提高独立学院工科专业人才培养质量的途径。

With enrollment of independent colleges expanding,the impact of its talent training quality on the whole higher education and society development are growing.Satisfaction of independent colleges students on teaching quality are analyzed which is conducive to improve talent training quality.Questionnaire investigation of teaching quality satisfaction is carried through 3 grades and 1285 engineering students in independent colleges.Analytical results indicate： practice teaching is the most important factor which influences student satisfaction,and specialty and course setting and teaching establishment and classroom teaching etc have also effect on quality satisfaction.Ways to enhance the quality of independence colleges are put forward for optimizing talent cultivation projects and expanding practice space and setting up virtual experiment situation,etc.
