理工科大学生人文素质教育现状与对策研究

The statusquo and strategy research of humanist quality education for science and engineering college students

目前,各高校对理工科大学生只重视传授专业知识与培养专业技能,却忽视了人文素质教育,导致理工科大学生人文素质偏低,这不仅影响他们专业技能的发挥,同时也影响他们人格的健全发展。通过对理工科大学生人文素质教育现状进行调查分析,提出从联系社会现实、更新教育理念、人文与专业并重、加强教师队伍与校园文化建设等方面加强与改进理工科大学生人文素质教育。

At present,most colleges pay attention to imparting professional knowledge and cultivating professional skills while ignore the humanistic quality education which makes the low humanist quality for science and engineering college students.All those not only affect their expression of professional skills,but also affect the healthy development of their personality.Through the investigation and analysis on the status of humanist quality education of science and engineering college students,ideas and suggestions were put forward which can strengthen and improve the humanistic quality education of science and engineering college students from contacting social reality,updating educational philosophy,ballancing humanities and major study,strengthening the rank of teachers and school culture aspects.
