摘要 为政之要,在于用人,正确的识人、用人关系到社会主义事业的兴衰成败。掌握科学的领导用人艺术必须要有科学的思维方式,即辩证思维。依据矛盾的规律,从全面、发展、辩证的视角透析领导识才、选才、用才、容才、惜才过程中的八对关系,以期做到具体问题具体分析,切实选好人、用好人、用活人,为各项事业的发展提供强有力的人才支撑。 We often attribute the efficiency of governing to the humanism,which means the proper selection of talented persons plays an important part in establishing the basis of socialism construction.A leader who possesses the art of employing must have a scientific way of thinking,that's dialectical thinking.This article bases on the law of contradiction,are aiming at the eight relationships of Leading Employers,which included the methods of analysis,selection,uses,tolerance and even value of talented persons,in order to find different ways to solve the different matters.As concluded,we can make greater efforts to improve the human resources and give assurance that our government will provide the powerful talents' resources.
