摘要
采用双波长扫描测定蚂蚁乙肝宁散剂中黄芪甲甙含量，经方法学考察，其重现性、稳定性均良好，回收率为９７ ．４ ％ ，ＲＳＤ 为１ ．７ ％ ，为该制剂质量分析提供了可行的方法。
Content of astragaloside IV in Mayiyiganning powder was determined by TLCS. The method had good stability and reproducibility. The recovery was 97.4% and RSD was 1.7%. It can be used as a reliable method for the quality control of mayiyiganning granule.
