摘要
针对鄯善油田高含水生产阶段由于偏磨、腐蚀结垢等因素造成的油管破裂、杆断、井卡等问题,研究了高含水期有杆泵配套技术,对杆柱进行了优化组合设计,并研究了防偏磨技术和防腐防垢技术。该技术在油田的规模应用中取得了良好的效果。
The Shanshan Oilfield production entered at the high water producing stage.As eccentric wear,corrosion,scaling and other factors have contributed to breaking the tubing,rod break off and well card.To solve this problem,high water-cut stage rod pump matching technology is developed.It is optimized for composite design and is studied against lopsided wear technology and the anticorrosion anti-scaling technology.The matching technology has made the good progress in the oil field application.
