摘要
立足现实情况,系统地研究了金融衍生产品及其市场。同时,在分析当前国际金融衍生市场发展的经验教训基础上,提出了中国发展金融衍生产品的政策建议。
The paper conducts a systematic study of financial derivative products and their markets based on reality. Meanwhile, it proposes some policy recommendations for developing financial derivatives in China via analysing the experience and lessons learned from the current development of the international derivative market.
