摘要
分析了当前我国证人保护现状,从落实主保单位保护范围、前置保护措施和建立证人强制(出庭)作证制度等方面论述了我国应如何建立证人保护系统工程。
The paper analyzes the present situation of China＇ s current system of witness protection and and deals with how to establish a systematic project of witness protection from such aspects as the implementing of the scopes of protection for the main unit, pre-protection measures and the establishing a system of forcing witnesses to bear witness in a law court, ect.
