摘要
针对高校现有教学管理模式的弊端,提出以学院为中心的校院两级教学管理模式改革,并进行研究和探索。以目标管理为主线,构建科学合理的校院两级教学管理模式,能激发基层的办学活力,有效地提高教育教学质量和办学效益,保证院校教学质量保障体系的顺利实施。
The paper comes up with an idea of reforming in the teaching management mode for university-college-level schools with college as the center of management in view of the existing disadvantages of teaching management in colleges and universities. After doing research and exploration, the paper holds that with goal management as the main line, a scientific and rational school-college-level teaching management model is to be set up so as to stimulate grass-rooted vitality of school-running, effectively improve the quality and efficiency of education and teaching and ensure the smooth implementation of the guarantee system of teaching quality.
